Corporate Olympics

Our Corporate Olympics program combines communication, education, and fun with teambuilding activities and games. The activity concentrates on where the client is today and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be tomorrow. Through Obstacle Courses, Mountain climbs, Mechanical Bull Rides, Oversized Boxing Matches, Basketball Competitions (and over 50 other games and activities) your employees will learn to trust their manager, supervisor or coach to guide them through the obstacles incurred in the games and lessons. The coach holds you accountable for meeting your goals, and help you confront the obstacles that tend to get in your way.  Together, they will address what is important to you and help you move forward in achieving your goals. These events stimulate positive interaction among group members; improve communication and build trust; boost problem-solving and creative thinking skills; create or shift the mood to an atmosphere of relaxation and fun; and re-energize participants on the brink of boredom. These team building exercises and activities will help you make a difference in team and individual performance. Each team building activity is designed for an intact work group and takes a learning-by-doing approach that gets RESULTS! These activities are designed to help people g et better acquainted, get the body moving and make the transition into a learning mode.

Each Olympian is assigned a team of 4 or more and is coached through obstacles and receives points upon completion of each obstacle. Officials keep track of scoring. Each team member is given a T-shirt or Jersey to wear throughout the competition.
